Sparkling Wine

According to the history books, this sparkling wine began as an experiment, done as a joke, for just a few friends. The head cellar-man wanted to try to make wine from the muscatel grapes with freshly pressed Cannonau marcs.
The limited bottles produced met with immediate and unexpected success. Today this wine is refined by sparkling wine experts to give it a young, vivacious quality which accompanies a unique harmony of concentrated flavour..
It is best served chilled, 8 – 10°C, both as an aperitif and an after dinner drink.
